Years ago JD(S) made a coalition agreement with BJP under which Kumarsway became chief minister. The agreement was that Kumaraswamy will hold the post for a period of two and half years and then the BJP will have the chief minister’s post. Kumaraswamy happily ruled as CM for his duration. When the time came for him to relinquish the post he reneged on the promised agreement on the advise of his father. That;s why both the father and son earned the sobriquet “VACHNA BRASHTAS”.

I would not be surprised if JD(S) does the same to congress also.
